The idea of the creation of this website is supported by the Orthodox Theological Society in America, by resolution at its annual meeting held at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Seminary on October 1, 2016. From the minutes:
- Presentation by Paul Ladouceur of proposed internet website: Living Orthodox Tradition. He seeks for support, endorsement, and collaboration of OTSA. This site will, among other things, post selections from important Orthodox theologians.
- Dn. Paul Gavrilyuk moved: ‘OTSA approves the idea for the website, and will consider giving formal endorsement in the future, including putting in a link on our website.’ Seconded by Ara Dostourian, passed.
